Rainbow Rock of Las Vegas was created in 1987 by Delmer Kay Wilson. The first location was in the southwest area of Las Vegas at the corner of Valley View and Oquendo in a small rented yard with one delivery truck and one small loader.

Development in the Las Vegas Valley was increasing and by 1995 Rainbow Rock purchased the present property at 2222 West Cheyenne and by the Spring of 1996 the construction was completed and the new, beautifully landscaped location was opened.

Rainbow Rock now has (28) twenty-eight employees, (16) sixteen delivery trucks and (2) loaders and offers quality personal service with a wide variety of landscaping products to meet the needs of the ever growing Southern Nevada market. Rainbow Rock has both a retail and a wholesale operation. The delivery fleet keeps our customers supplied with the timely delivery of daily orders as well as our rock yard supplied full of inventory.
